Northstar is based in Southport and builds across Brunswick and New Hanover counties. That isn't a marketing radius — it's where Chase has spent 24 years pouring footings, framing in the wind, and sourcing materials that hold up to salt air.
Local knowledge matters more on the coast than anywhere else. Sandy soil and high water tables change how you set a foundation. Flood maps and wind zones dictate how a house gets built off the ground. The county and the local inspectors all have their own way of doing things. We already know the people, the permits, and the ground.
