Is it better to build new or renovate out here?
Depends on the lot and the goal. In the fast-growing communities, new construction usually makes the most sense and gives you the most control. On an established lot or an older home in one of the towns, a serious renovation can be the smarter money. We'll walk both with you honestly before you commit.
